How to reroll Race in Abyss

Now you know which race you want to aim for, it's time to get to rolling. If you need a little guidance on how to reroll your Race, here's exactly how you do it:

  • Launch Abyss, and enter the game.
  • While standing in the central hub, click the button labelled "Races" at the top of the screen.
  • Click "Reroll" if you want to do a standard Reroll, or "Lucky Reroll" if you want a reroll with a higher chance at a rarer pull.

Once you hit Reroll, your Race will be replaced with whichever species you managed to land. Be aware, though, that you only get one Race slot at the beginning of the game. This means that, whenever you choose to reroll, your current Race will be discarded and replaced with whichever new Race you roll.

Subsequent Race Slots can be purchased for 1,000 and 5,000 Star Shards, which will take a long time to save up for, so be extra careful before abandoning your sick Shark fins. You could be stuck with frail little elf ears instead.

Now go out there and mutate into the hideous sea creature you were born to be. If you need some more Star Shards to achieve that goal, be sure to check out our Abyss codes page, where you'll find codes you can redeem for free resources.
